Beth Anne is an experienced real estate agent who specializes in buyers/sellers, relocations (especially military), second homes, mountain properties and accepting challenges (her first transaction included a gold mine!). As a Realtor, Beth Anne takes pride in reliably following up and ensuring strong communication. Prior clients and other agents consistently offer positive feedback on how she moves a transaction smoothly toward a drama-free closing. To her real estate ventures, she brings experience as a Project Manager (13 years working in corporate strategic consulting in Chicago) and as Director of Credentialing and Development for Professional Ski Instructors of America in Colorado. When her job was unexpectedly eliminated, she used a severance to study for her real estate license. She now uses the compassion gained through shared experience to solve real estate challenges, mentor agents and teach pre-licensing and other Realtor education classes through her own school – The Educated Agent. Beth Anne holds several certifications related to military relocation, mountain properties and negotiation, among others. She also has an MBA in economics and non-profit management (Northwestern University / Kellogg School of Management), and volunteers with several non-profits and boards, both locally and internationally. Beth Anne lives in a Disney-princess home in Evergreen with her amazing husband and three crazy kitties.
